With 15 years in the mortgage industry and qualifications as a BAS Agent, Kath has cultivated extensive knowledge in both residential and commercial lending, as well as a comprehensive understanding of commission structures, aggregation, and business management. Her role involves managing all back-of-house operations and providing originators with essential administrative and analytical support.
Kath’s approach to business is grounded in proficiency, integrity, and ethical practice. These values are reflected in the positive outcomes she consistently delivers and the strong relationships she maintains with Quattro’s longstanding client base and lender panel. Mark is a highly motivated and dynamic member of the Quattro Finance team. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Economics and Finance. He also holds a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.
Mark leads the commercial lending team, specialising in commercial, development and construction funding. Mark’s portfolio covers a wide range of transactions, from structured construction funding, mezzanine finance, equity finance and large commercial investment loans.
Mark takes pride in maintaining close relationships with clients throughout the entire lifecycle of a transaction. With a comprehensive understanding of the lending market and the complexities of the property and construction industry, he works closely with clients to identify their unique needs and align them with tailored funding solutions.
Mark leverages a strong network of lenders and financial institutions to find the best solutions that meet the unique challenges of each transaction.
